• We charge a flat rate of $7.95 (*excluding bulky items) per order for postage to Australian shipping addresses. All items are posted via Australia Post.
  • For a limited time we are offering free postage per order to shipping addresses that fall within 20km of the Perth CBD.
  • A selection of bulky item styles are limited for delivery to addresses within Australia only. These items will incur a Bulky Item Shipping And Handling Fee of $24.95.  The styles which incur this fee are our Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, Lounger, Poolside Lounge, Picnic Baskets, Cooler Box Sounds and Cabanas.
  • We offer free postage for all Australian orders over $150 (*excluding bulky items).
  • All stocked items will be dispatched within 48 hours of orders being placed.  However, delivery times are subject to Australia Post terms and conditions and therefore we cannot accept responsibility or liability for shipping delays beyond our control.
  • Current Australia Post express post shipping estimates (business days):  ACT 2-3 days.  NSW 2-3 days.  NT 3-6 days.  QLD 2-3 days.  SA 3-4 days.  TAS 2-3 days.  VIC 2-3 days.  WA 1-3 days.  WA Metro* 1-2 days.

REturns AND EXCHANGE policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 20 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

The goods must be returned within 20 days from the date the goods were dispatched to you and the items are in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached.

You may exchange an item up to a maximum of two (2) times, and we will pay the postage fees to return the item*.

Standard postage fees will apply if we agree to exchange an item more than two (2) times.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive from us via email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.

We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non traceable postage methods or are not received by us. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot issue an exchange, grant a store credit or provide a refund. We strongly suggest you send your returned items using a traceable postage method.

*If the goods are to be returned because of incorrect choice, then return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
